Deposit
At the moment of reservation, you must pay a deposit of 20% of the total amount of the reservation via credit card or bank transfer. The remaining amount has to be paid directly to the accommodation during your stay. For cancellations up to 14 days prior to arrival, the deposit amount may be used as a credit for one year; it will not be refunded.

Check in: Your room will be available from 2:00 pm on your day of arrival.
You have the possibility to register in comfort and without haste from home. When you arrive, all formalities will have been done and you will be given your room card straight away.
Please inform us by telephone if you will be arriving after 6:00 pm. We regret that we cannot offer a reduction in price 

Check-out on the day of departure until 10:30 am.

Reservations
Your reservation request is not valid until you have received written confirmation from us.

Pets
Pets are welcome in Hotel Martinshof. We charge € 15 per pet per day, excluding pet food.

Internet
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire hotel.

Smoking is not permitted in the hotel
Smoking is not permitted in our hotel. Please smoke only in our smoker’s lounge, on your balcony or outside.

Tourist tax
The tourist tax is charged at € 2.90 per person (aged 14 years or above) per day.

Parking
Depending on availability, you may park your car free of charge in our carpark or in one of the basement garages.
Is available also a safe bike parking space (with 230 V power sockets)

Charging station for electric cars (additional fee)
We have a 22 KW wallbox (cable type 2) including a parking space in our underground car park. Our energy is produced in harmony with nature and without CO2 emissions in local hydropower plants.

Ski storage room
During the winter months, Hotel Martinshof has its own ski storage room with heated ski shoe dryer.

Prices
All prices are in euros, and are listed as the price per person per day when staying in a double room, including entry to Hotel Martinshof’s spa area and half board (large breakfast buffet and a choice menu in the evening). Prices include overnight accommodation, bed linen, heating, hot water, electricity, room cleaning and all fees and taxes except for the local tourist tax.

Cancellation policies
For cancellations made up to 14 days before the date of arrival, no additional fee will be charged.
For cancellations within 13 to 4 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total booking will be charged.
For cancellations within 3 days prior to arrival, 100% of the total booking will be charged.
In case of early departure, late arrival or no-show, we will charge a cancellation fee of 100% of the amount paid for the missing days.
